All our services are designed specifically for estate agents, property developers, landlords, and Airbnb hosts.

We cover all of Greater London, including Central, North, South, East, and West London. Our base is in NW10 (Park Royal), giving us excellent access across the capital. Travel outside Greater London may incur additional charges at cost.

Booking is easy:

Our pricing is fully transparent with no hidden fees:

• Photography: £125 (Studio/1BR) | £175 (2-3BR) | £250 (4BR+)
• Videography: £275 (1hr) | £375 (2hr) | £475 (3hr) | £700 (Commercial with Drone)
• Floor Plans: £115 (Studio/1BR) | £150 (2-3BR) | £200 (4BR+) | +£50 for 3D upgrade

Bundled packages offer savings of up to £126. Additional charges may apply for: travel outside Greater London, rush delivery, additional editing beyond the original scope, or reshoots requested by the client.

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times:

• Photography: 24-48 hours
• Floor Plans: 24-48 hours
• Videography: 3-5 working days
• Design Services: As agreed at booking

All deliverables are sent via secure download link. Please note: download links expire after 14 days. Archival retrieval requests after this period incur a £50 fee.

• Photography: High-resolution JPEG files optimised for both web and print use
• Floor Plans: JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats (web and print-ready)
• Videography: MP4 format, optimised for your chosen platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or website)

All files are professionally edited and ready for immediate use on property portals and marketing materials.

Property preparation is the client's responsibility. For best results:

• Clean and tidy all rooms
• Stage appropriately - make beds, arrange cushions, remove personal clutter
• Maximise natural light - open blinds and curtains
• Clear access - ensure all rooms are accessible

If the property isn't adequately prepared, we may proceed with the shoot as-is. Any additional visits required will be charged at the full service rate. We have a helpful property preparation guide on our blog.

• More than 48 hours' notice: First reschedule is free. Cancellation receives a full refund minus a £25 admin fee.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the booking fee is retained.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the booking fee is retained with no refund.

Second or subsequent reschedules: 25% of the booking fee is retained, and a new full payment is required. All cancellation requests must be made via email to [email protected].

Yasmeen Creative Limited retains full copyright of all works. However, upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the images and videos for:

• Marketing the specific property for sale or rent
• Your website and social media channels
• Property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket
• Property brochures and marketing materials
• Internal business use

You may not: sell or redistribute the images as stock photography, use them for other properties, or remove copyright notices.

Yes! Our Commercial Photography package (£700 for a 2-hour shoot) includes professional aerial footage. Our drone operators hold the necessary CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) permissions and are fully insured for commercial operations.

Please note: Drone flights are subject to weather conditions and airspace regulations. Some locations may have restrictions. If drone footage cannot be captured due to weather or regulations, that portion of the service will be refunded or rescheduled at no additional charge.

• Interior shoots can technically proceed on overcast or rainy days, but natural light plays an important role in achieving the best results. We use a combination of natural light and the existing lighting in each room to create balanced, inviting images. On darker days, shots may be affected as we lose that natural brightness that makes properties feel warm and welcoming.
• Exterior or drone photography: We'll contact you to discuss rescheduling if conditions are unsuitable.

For the best possible results, we recommend scheduling shoots on days with good natural light. If we anticipate poor conditions, we'll be in touch to discuss options.
