Not all locations in London allow drone flights. The CAA controls UK airspace, and several areas have restrictions that limit or prevent commercial drone operations.
Where we can usually fly without issues
Outer London boroughs, suburbs, and the Home Counties. Areas like Hampstead, Richmond, Wimbledon, Chiswick, Dulwich, and most properties outside the Zone 2 boundary are generally straightforward.
Where restrictions apply
Much of Central London falls within the Heathrow Flight Restriction Zone or controlled airspace around City Airport, Battersea Heliport, and other aerodromes. Properties in Zones 1-2 often require special CAA permission that can take weeks to process. Areas near airports, helipads, prisons, and military sites also have restrictions.

We do not need explicit permission from neighbours, but we always operate responsibly and considerately. For properties in managed estates or conservation areas, we recommend checking with your management company or local council beforehand.
